Step 1 — Discovery Call (15 min) We learn your situation. You learn if we’re the right fit. If we are, we scope your Blueprint on this call.
Step 2 — Blueprint Session A paid scoping engagement. We audit your setup, map the solution, and deliver a phased proposal with costs and milestones. The fee applies toward your first project.
Step 3 — Build Scoped phases. Defined milestones. We build, test, and hand off with documentation that lasts past the project close.
Step 4 — Maintain The system keeps running. We stay on for monitoring, updates, and optimization.
